MMC BOOTCAMP (1h): A balanced mix of strength and conditioning in one session. You'll lift heavy, then push your cardio with circuits and intervals. This is the complete package that helps you build muscle, burn fat, improve work capacity. All fitness levels welcome.

MMC POWER HOUSE (1h): Explosive power development. Olympic lifts (cleans, snatches), plyometrics, and speed work. Learn to move weight fast and develop athleticism. Technical coaching provided for complex movements. Best for intermediate to advanced members who want to build explosive strength, coordination and are ready to start joining races and competitions.
→ If you want to do a Hyrox competition, join this class.
MMC BUILD (1h): Pure strength focus. Expect heavy compound lifts, squats, deadlifts, presses, rows. Progressive overload programming to add muscle and increase power. Longer rest periods, technical coaching on every rep. This is for building a strong foundation and getting numbers up on the bar.
MMC RUSH (45mins) : High-intensity conditioning that tests your mental toughness. Fast-paced circuits combining bodyweight movements, kettlebells, and metabolic work. You'll be breathing hard, sweating buckets, and questioning your life choices but you'll leave feeling unstoppable. Great for fat loss and building work capacity.
MMC CALISTHENICS (1h): Bodyweight strength and skill work. Pull-ups, dips, handstands, muscle-ups, and gymnastic progressions. Build impressive relative strength and body control using minimal equipment. Scalable for beginners (assisted movements) to advanced (weighted, advanced skills). Master your own bodyweight.
MMC FLOW STATE (1h): Sunday run club. We get together and run as a community. Outdoors when weather permits, on air runners during winter months. Different paces, all levels welcome. Less about performance, more about the collective energy of running with your people.

(Don’t forget to register 1 hour before or by 9pm for morning classes).

Once your application is submitted, you'll be able to schedule a 20-minute call with Eloi. We'll discuss your goals, answer your questions, and determine if private training is the right fit for you.

If it's a good match, we'll design a personalized program tailored to your specific objectives.

Show up and get to work. Your program evolves and adjusts as you progress. You'll have direct access to Eloi between sessions for any questions or support.
